Last week, I got to eat awesome Korean food (shout-out to Maddie) at the BCD Tofu House. I ended up ordering a "mild" soondufu (tofu soup), but it show up bright red! Thank goodness I have decent spice tolerance for a Japanese person. Anyways, I had them put dumplings in my soup - very awesome.
