Ho Ho Ho!

Dear Hungry Girls,

I hope the Christmas Holidays have already started for you hungry girls! Since Chriistmas is the perfect holiday to pig out, my friend & I made these glorious christmas flavoured (cinnamon/nutmeg/ginger) cupcakes with cinnamon toffee icing. These babies are best eaten at room temperature as the icing literally melts in your mouth. Wish I could pack them and send one each to every part of the world for you girls.

How are my hungry girls doing! I've missed you all.

Recently, I've been busy with school work & out-of-school activities. All these commitments are driving me crazy. That's why I've retreated back to my comfort zone, where I can bake my heart out. Just wanted to share my success with all you hungry people :)
